What this warranty covers: ESCORT warrants your product against all defects in materials and workmanship.
For how long: One (1) year from the date of the original purchase.
What we will do: ESCORT, at our discretion, will either repair or replace your product free of charge.
Certain products that are “End Of Life” or low stock items cannot be guaranteed of replacement availability
What we will not do: ESCORT will not pay shipping charges that you incur for sending your product to us.
What you must do to maintain this warranty: Show original proof of purchase from ESCORT or an Escort Authorized dealer.
Warranty Exclusions: Warranty does not apply to your product under any of the following conditions:
1. The serial number has been removed or modified.
2. Your product has been subjected to misuse or damage (including water damage, physical abuse, and/or improper installation).
3. Your product has been modified in any way.
4. Your receipt or proof-of-purchase is from a non-authorized dealer or internet auction site including E-bay, U-bid, or other non-authorized resellers. For Defective items in the first 30 days of delivery, please use the return feature in eBay to request a refund or replacement of that item.
Warranty Over Under 90 Days
Please contact us through eBay through your transaction so we can associate your order with your account. PLEASE NOTE: After the initial 30 return windows closes, you are not eligible for a refund. Warranty repair or replacement at our discretion will be the only option.

Warranty Information
Each product we manufacture is covered by our factory warranty. While each product may have unique components and policy, the general guideline below will apply to most Escort products.
All Escort models purchased factory-direct or from our Authorized Resellers will come with a full one-year warranty from the date of the original retail purchase (see policy statement above for full warranty details and exclusions).
Standard accessories packaged with each model will have a one-year factory warranty.
Remote installed system components have a one year factory warranty.
Accessory items have a six (6) month factory warranty.
Extended Service Plans add two (2) additional years to the original factory warranty. The Escort Service Plan extends the factory warranty to the applicable model or unit, but will not extend the warranty to any accessories (whether packaged with the model or separately).
Refurbished and End of Life (EOL) Models will not be eligible for Extended Services Plans.
Other legal rights: This Warranty gives you specific rights. You may have other legal rights, which vary, from state to state.

All the products offered in our store are authentic Escort products backed by a full 1-year manufacturer warranty. We also offer a 30-day returns policy in the event that you are not delighted by your purchase.
When returning products, you are responsible to ensure that we receive the products and that the products are not damaged in transit. Therefore, for your protection, when you are returning a product to us, we recommend that you acquire a tracking number.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the products to us or for the use of the collection service unless it is defective. A product is considered defective if one or more of these conditions apply:
(a) has been sent to you incorrectly due to our error;
(b) is damaged;

(d) is not fit for purpose; or
(e) is not of satisfactory quality

Defective products should be returned to the return address we provide as soon as possible, and in any event, within 30 days of delivery.
In particular, please note that any items returned to us which you claim to be faulty or incomplete are checked and verified by our technicians. Any returned items that are found not to be faulty or incomplete will be returned to you and we shall be entitled to charge you for the return shipment costs via your original payment method. In the event that we do not receive complete payment we will hold the item(s) until full payment has been made for the return carriage.
Any items that you return to us are at your own risk, therefore we strongly advise all our customers to take reasonable care when returning any items to us for example, by ensuring the goods are correctly addressed, adequately packaged, and carried by a reputable carrier.
