In days of old, when the landed gentry traveled, especially when crossing the ocean, there were only 2 brands commissioned to make their steamer trunks and ancillary luggage.  Of course there were other notable brands, but American blue bloods, especially in the East, opted for Mark Cross.  This is the mate to the suitcase I sold on eBay late last year.
This shoulder bag is in great condition.  It features the signature MARK CROSS fabric, has genuine leather trim in chocolate brown and brass fittings.  There are 3 pockets and the lining is super clean.  These days there is so much inauthentic designer product of the major names, I am not sure what it even means any more to carry certain ones.  When you carry this, you will be sure to impress the cognoscenti.  Don't miss out...it is a stunning buy.
