The note which is written in Arabic on the front and English on the back is dark green and dark brown on multicolor underprint. It depicts the portrait of King Fahd right of center on the front with the Dome of the Rock, located in Jerusalem, to the left. The back which has the same color scheme as the front has the image of al-Aqsa mosque at center and the Saudi arms in the left bottom corner. The front displays two signatures, the denomination and the serial number, while the back has shows only the denomination. This particular note has the serial number 418/415594 printed twice on the front once in black and once in red.
